We’re proud to be the first professional photographers to document a Windsong Estate Wedding
Windsong Estate Wedding Photographer | Christine + Adam
This couple met on a beach in Florida, and their story is like a page out of the script of Officer and A Gentlemen. Christine gets her Air Force flyer and a life of adventure living around the globe. She’ll always come home to her big, fun Fort Collins family — which threw the couple off in style the first weekend Windsong Estate opened to the world for events. With such a large multi-purpose room, a February indoor event has plenty of move-around room and nobody gets claustrophobic which can happen at a smaller venue. For the photographer, Windsong offers a lot of location gifts — the modern open staircase and led beam sconces to start. This is going to be fun!
Windsong Estate Wedding Photographer | Chelsea + Joe
Chelsea & Joe loved the inside of Windsong so much, they chose to have their August wedding INSIDE, which says a lot. C & J’s wedding posse was really tight and it really punctuated their day. Around every turn, a bridesmaid or groomsmen was right there to help or offer a joke! Weddings happen, with a little help from your friends!
Windsong Estate Wedding Photographer | Whitney + Patrick
This Autumn day was punctuated by Chuck Taylor’s, smart humor, and lots of beer! I had photographed Whitney’s sister’s wedding a few years prior which made it easy to get with everyone. We ducked out early and headed down to Windsor Lake for a first look and some pre-ceremony bride+groom photos around Windsor Reservoir. Taking those photos early clear the path for a smooth flow post-ceremony. The couple got to enjoy most of their own cocktail hour!
Windsong Estate Wedding Photographer | Olivia + Mark
Another Autumn wedding with pretty skies and a fun wedding party! I photographed one of Mark’s brother’s wedding (are you seeing a family referral pattern here) so I his side of the family was going to keep up its end of the fun reception dancing. His father has a particular brand of “dad dance” that gets a gut bust. Star of the day was the couple’s massive Mastive, named Diesel. He was a ham in most of the group photos. I always enjoy working with great vendors at Windsong and this day was an A-team of sorts — being paired with my twin-brother-from-another-mother Paul Wozniak, and we all enjoy scrumptious eats from A Catered Affair and Battered Up Cakes.
