Michelle + Warren
Michelle (named after The Beatles song) and Warren (not named after a Beatles song) came up from Texas for a part getaway, part lets-do-this-thing in a scenic place. Estes Park, Colorado and Della Terra was the meet-up point. We laughed a bit while they got ready, then drove around town looking for just the right spot. Lily Lake, still frozen over in March, took the prize and just bride & groom solo set out on an intimate vow exchange. I moved a way from a dramatic shot including a little the alpine glow defining the skyline.
Michelle’s crafty and sentimental — she’s always got a plan or a project. Just look at the details for the elopement complete with European Gummi Bears (thanks I’ll take a couple more). I said goodnight and let them enjoy their champagne, then onto dinner at The Stanley.
