Two nights this week out in Laporte for Tapestry House wedding photos. Mandy + Ryan who had some pretty yummy autumn light. Their Florida friends couldn’t believe how c-c-cold it was, while all the locals are standing around looking at each other asking, “what’s the big deal?”
DJ Eric put a super mash-up, beat mix-up groove together. At one point he put Iron Butterfly’s In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida in between two Lady GaGa songs … in perfect beat sync’d meter. I looked him and he quipped, “hey, it was a request.” But I can die now as I’ve heard that classic rock dinosaur at a wedding reception.
