Rick just graduated from college, moved, started a new job, and got married … all in the space of about 3 weeks. Phew! I can attest the ‘got married’ part was a lot of fun. His family and oldest friends came in from the Twin Cities to celebrate his marriage to Jacci, whose in the graduate program of Occupational Therapy at CSU. Her mom’s very involved at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, so we had unusual access for fun pictures throughout the day.
After an intimate ceremony and exchange of vows, it was limo ride over to the Crown Pub for a shot & a beer before the fun reception at Fort Collins Country Club. We used the CC’s lake front picture location for a portrait with the couple’s “kids” lol. I was doing my best Dog Wisperer to get them to behave during the shoot (yeah, right).
The reception was filled with laughs and warm toasts, then dancing with DJ Ron Michaels. Thanks to Lia & Sunie at the Country Club for a strumptious affair (wow, look at that shrimp dish) and to Sharon at Best Day Florial Design for all the color!
I love photographing Fort Collins Country Club weddings. Are you planning one? Click on the camera below to see if I’m available on your day.
