Ashley + Kalen
Workplace romance, played to the ultimate conclusion. Ashley’s a double major from UNC and Kalen’s bound for Law School, but they met when Kalen was Ashley’s boss at a movie theater. The staff wondered why Ashley kept on showing up on the schedule exactly at the same shifts when Kalen was managing. Hmmmm.
The guys from the theater whipped up a reception rendition of Village People’s “YMCA” for post-dinner entertainment, and I almost missed the punchline on the cake topper … talk about subtle. But the real joke was life imitating art during the first dance. Nice one, Ashley.
Our particularly wet Spring has turned Tapestry House into a botanical wonderland, and the colors really pop on an overcast day. The greens are SO green.
